Shipping policy

Shipping/shipped is when your order is dropped off at shipping carrier (USPS/UPS)

Delivered/delivery is when your order has arrived at the address provided by the customer

Delivery/delivered does NOT mean the same as shipping/shipped

Premade usually takes up to a week for shipping, Preorder will take multiple weeks

We have no control over your package after we have shipped the product, but if you believe your package was lost PLEASE contact us
