Shipping policy

Shipping/shipped is when your order is dropped off at shipping carrier (for ex: USPS, UPS)

Delivered/delivery is when your order has arrived at the address provided by the customer

Delivery/delivered does NOT mean the same as shipping/shipped

Premade usually takes up to a week for shipping, Preorder will take multiple weeks

We are not responsible for anything that happens after we have shipped the product, therefore no refunds if your order is lost.
